I looked at the community guidelines and there was no mention of laughing as being a violation....I thought maybe it wasn't really an answer, but there was no mention of this either....Some people might have found it offensive, but it didn't violate the stated guidelines...

Frankly, it's hard to tell whether that question is pro- or anti- ... seems like it is, indeed, merely humorous, so I can't even speculate which side might be responsible.
The correct answer, might be something like:
"No, there's no such place as Aztlan - it's a myth."
or
"No, if they had Time Travel there are better things it could be used for."
