Could be a sign of poor circulation in your body, my friend has the same thing. It's really life threatening or anything it's just that his hands and feet will get really cold easily.

Your body is attempting to keep you warm by drawing blood away from your extremities, such as fingers and toes, and circulating it around your chest and brain to keep the vital organs warm. It happens to everyone, though in your case it's more apparent.

There are certain heart conditions that may make fingertips turn purple/blue but since you're cold when it happens that's probably not the cause. If you're concerned you could have your doctor give you a quick checkup.

Good luck!

It ability you're chilly. once you get chilly, your physique cuts down the stream to the extremities to evade warmth loss. while there is way less stream, the oxygen on your blood gets used up previously it gets to the tip, like your fingertips. So it seems blue rather of pink. there's a project spoke of as Raynaud's phenomenon wherein the arms turn white, then blue. while they're warmed, they have an inclination to coach crimson. I easily have given you a link to an editorial on Raynaud's.

It is a sign of poor circulation. I would tell your physician about it and see what he/she has to say about it.
