What if the criminal and I were coincidently born on the same day, same year, and in the same hospital, and have the same first, middle, and last name.

Unless you have the same social security number and DNA also....I wouldn't worry!
Just carry plenty of ID with you and things should work out fine!

even if you had all the ID in the world, you can still be arrested while they carry out checks to prove or disprove this.
At the end of the day if they want to arrrest you then they will always find a reason,

Carry proof of your ID so you can give it if you are stopped. Your driver's license, or other photo id and birth certificate would be fine. If you can prove who you are, they can't arrest you without probable cause of doing something.

think about changing your look...not really major ones...
maybe different hair color, style or length. if he dresses mainly in jeans and t-shirt...dress up alittle..
get your driver license changed ....use your middle name as your first.
be sure to carry plenty of id..
if it gets too much..might wanna think of moving out of town

Get a tattoo on your face, that way, they will know who is who.
If you don't want to do that, then I would move out of the state.
