love is more inimate kind of relationship....its the next level from friendships. It's more close knit, and the feelings are stronger

Friendship is love. Every close relationship involves love, friends and family are generally called loved ones. Now if you meant between friendship and being in love, that's different. If you are lucky there is absolutely no difference other than a bit more physical affection.
