if you do martial arts (active all the time) about 3-4 hours. Running - 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 miles this depends on if you drink the soda there and extra stuff you ordered. Biking about an hour and a half with warm up exercises for 30 min.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

This question can only be replied to honestly if we knew or know what your metabolism is like. I can burn thru a Burger fast and it is all Garbola as I am sure you know already. Eat White Meat as a Meat eater like Chicken and Poultry. No French Fries, and have Chicken Strips or like it if possible.
No pressed or formed garbage ( meat ) either, you can eat fast food and do alright if you make wise choices of the fast food. Always ask for any literature on their meals contents as they all have literature on calories etc.

First of all don't buy from mcdonalds it is really unhealthy. Eating one meal from mcdonalds is what is equaled to how much you would eat in one day. If you want to stay fit STAY AWAY from those places. If you HAVE to go eat somewhere try to pick somewhere instead than a fast food place.

540 calories so like running for an hour at 6-7 mph pace or so. But that saturated fat and whatnot is going to take a lot longer.
