I am a teacher. We are off from June 1 to July 30. School starts July 31.

I don't know what part of the world you are in, but some people have vacations. Some of the people here are teenagers; they don't have summer jobs because the summers are now so short, there's not a lot of time off for them.
There are also these things called time zones. Look it up in the dictionary. Different areas of the world have different times.

What has this to do with religion?

I'm a freelance writer, so I work at home, on the computer. When I'm not working but still need to be on the computer, I waste time here and some other places.
