Native American culture varies based upon geography so as a result the food is different from area to area.

In the Pacific Northwest, the main food was salmon.
Tillicum Village has a salmon dinner where the salmon is cooked in a "traditional" manner.

In terms of other Native American food, a lot of the food has been incorporated into American dishes.

Think Pilgrims we think of Turkey (a new World food), pumpkins and corn.

Popcorn was supposedly eaten in the "New World".

I am not sure about if there are any restaurants never looked.
I have a friend who is Native American and he pretty much cooks what he kills, Deer, rabbit , Buffalo type of meat. Turtle. Game type meats, He also makes necklaces and pipes and craft items from the things he has killed for food.

I know they cook with allot of corn, and corn meal. They cook allot of flat bread.

I think your best bet if you want to eat that type of food, most places have an event where Native Americans get together and have pow- wow, a type of a fair where they have shows on dancing, sell their wares, and cook allot of Indian bread. etc. I have moved around allot and every state I have been in , I have found the native American fairs. I think they usually hold them in the summer time, it would be an annual event.

Succotash recipe

1 cup stewed beans (lima if possible)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups corn kernels
1/4-1/2 cup cream
3/4 teaspoon salt

Cook beans until tender.
Add the corn pulp and cook for 5 minutes once it starts boiling.
Add butter and seasonings.
If there is enough liquid with the beans, the cream may be omitted.
