Well first..they look at u top to bottom to check out ur body and c if ur worthy enough to go out wiht them.....so next time u c a guy look at u like that u know he is checking u out

because guys want to see the womans frame and body type. they like to check everything out and see if they like what that girl has and the parts that isn't that well. it just to let them get to know ur personality through their looks.
