Before and after bleach you should take a bath, to prepare and wash off,

Bleach in the bathwater kills chiggers. But it is not the most pleasant bath you'll ever have. It burns "sensitive areas".

I've got no idea!! It's awful for you ... warm water opens up your pores and will allow the Cl to enter your tissues and, ultimately, your bloodstream MUCH easier!
Why would you do that for chiggers? I thought a dot of clear nail polish took care of chiggers.
