You need to get this treated fast before it moves to your kidneys. Why did you let it go so long?

Go to the doctor and get antibiotics, crazy. What are you thinking?
If it gets too out of control it could make it where you can't pee at all. Then they have to insert a cathereter and you have to leave it in until the infection is cleared up enough for you to pee again.
I'm surprised you aren't having bladder spasms. Be glad if you aren't, they are horrible.
Go to the doctor!

You should go to a doctor or minor emergency room today. They will either prescribe antibiotics to take or if you've waited too long they may have to use an IV with antibiotics to clear it up.
You shouldn't have waited this long, you can actually kill yourself in a rathe painful way by ignoring an infection. It will not heal itself.

You must see a doc now. They will test your urine and give you antibiotics but since you let it go for 2 weeks it may have spread to your kidneys or blood stream already. If you can get an immediate appoinment with your own doc then go to urgent care now.

You can't let UTI's go that long because it can lead to kidney infections, which is much worse. You have to get antibiotics. But, you may have a kidney infection now, which sometimes requires a hospital stay.

The doctors will give you an antibiotic, which is what you need. Until you can get in, although you need to try to get in today, try and drink full strenght cranberry juice, it will help flush out your system...don't drink the mixed stuff (although it tastes better) the full strength stuff is the best.
