Take a cool shower & have a drink of ice water before bed --- then crank down the A/C. Maybe use a programmable thermostat to raise the temp when it's time for you to get up or leave for work/school so that you don't waste all that energy during the time you're away. They really work well!
Install a ceiling fan, if that's a practical option for you.

What are you taking for your panic/anxiety attacks? I have had them and realize they are the worst possible things to deal with........as they don't make sense to start with. Your regular doctor can give you something light to help you sleep, right now. Talk to your doctor about this, as well as your parents. What do your parents say about this? I hope they are very supportive. You must check with a doctor before trying any medication to help you sleep..........as the medication needs to be alright to take while taking any other medications you may be taking. It is even possible that the meds you take now could help you more if taken at a different time of day. Your doctor needs to help you. Sleep is more than a luxery! We all must get sleep. Sleep deprivation is the LAST thing you need to contend with at this time. Ask for a doctor's help. Good luck, and I hope it is "Sweet Dreams" for you, soon.

If you have air conditioning, cool the room down. If not, invest in an oscillating fan. Wear very light clothing to bed.

sometimes i use a wet towel or cloth and put it over my forehead, and ziplock bags full of ice to put on your body in different locations if you're really hot (legs, underarms, forehead). also, try to only use sheets, keep the window open with a fan near it.

Try putting the sheets in the freezer before getting into bed, it doesn't last long but it's lovely whilst it does.

sleep with very light clothing, and a sheet, and blow a fan. I find the fan sound to make me sleepy.
