Hair goes back at certain lenghts at certain times of the day, and year etc. It is incredibily slow in the winter months, but picks up speed in the warmer months. I would guess about 2 years.

it will take a preety longgggg lime like maybe a year and a half... it takes longer for teen agers because the hormones are a wigity wac:) but get i half an inch trim every two months helps

It depends, because everyone's different. Hair and nails grow faster if you're taking vitamins, like a one-a-day or something.
