They are very big dogs, but are very sociable with people and other dogs, so I don't think you would have any trouble with any of the breeds you mentioned. They don't have an aggressive bone in their bodies, are useless as guard dogs, but make great companions. They love water and love to run and play and love playing with toys. Because of their size, you need a large yard and to give him plenty of exercise. They're muscular and strong, and need training at an early age or you will lose control of them. Good luck.

I had an Irish Wolfhound and Great Dane mix. She was a little girl at about 145 lbs. She looked mostly Wolfhound. She could stand up with her paws on my shoulders and was taller then I am, I am 6'. I had trouble standing with that weight.
She got along great with my other dogs, a little Collie mix and an Old English Sheepdog. She did not chase the cats or the horses, the pony, the goat, chickens or the pigs.
She was very well mannered and would sit next to the table while we ate and not beg. She was big enough to sit there and look you in the eye.
She scared everyone who came over because of her size. Then they got to know her, she was a sweet dog.
I just want to warn you that they eat a lot. It cost me more to feed the dogs than the horses, which were about a1000 lbs each.
Enjoy your monster.

The Irish Wolfhound is one of the most gentle breeds there are & I forsee no problems with it getting along with the breeds you mentioned. The IW is the tallest of all breeds.
