Get her off the milk, and truth is get her off the soft food as soon as you can. Soft foods, especially the junk ones, can cause diarea in small kitties. Try feeding her half dry and half soft till you can stop the soft completely. Also, new baby kitty with a new digestive system and new environment, stress also becomes a bit of a factor. Just give it time. If Baby is eating nothing but hard food and water and still having the problem, then i would see a vet.

I would stop the soft food. When my cat was a kitten, he had the same problem and that's what the vet told us to do. Or mix the soft and hard together. Stop giving her milk If you do put water in it. More water than milk though. Is the hard food kitten food or cat food? Maybe get her kitten food if you don't have it.

NEVER ever give a kitten (or cat) milk - its bad for them for so many reasons (high calcium contributes to urinary tract problems - plus cats are lactose intollerant)
you didnt say what country you live in which makes it really hard to reccommend a good food - China?? Cambodia?? Canada??
I can tell you that any from grocery store or Wal Mart etc. are crappy foods loaded with filler - CORN should NEVER been first or second ingredient and you never want to see by-products ( beaks feet feathers) on an ingredient list - better food means she will eat less and poop less too
canned food - dont listen to what the lable tell you - they should only have 1 teaspoon of canned food per serving - a 7 week old kitten can have 3 servings of canned a day - cut down to 2 a day at 3 months.

Don't give her any milk, that's what is giving her the runs, if giving her hard food ,try moistening it with water or broth. There is kitten foods both in dry and canned, check it out in some super-markets, or is you prefer the best food for her, then ask your vet, they usually have all these different kinds of foods for cats, but cut out the milk and you'll find your kitty will improve.

She shouldn't be drinking milk (unless it is kitten's milk that you buy at the pet store). Cats are lactose intolerant. Also wet food can give cats the runs so you may want to cut back on it for a few days.

No milk. Some kittens are lactose intolerant. If you want to give her milk, get kitty milk at the pet store.

I would get her off of the milk, and start her on dry kitten food (petsmart), and water.

Make sure your not giving her cow's milk. This messes with thier digestive tracts. They make special kitten milk.
