i don't really know the medical term
but here we go...
when you hold your pee, your holding the waste your body is trying to remove.
our kidneys are the organs in our body that works to pump out the waste or toxins in body. So, when you hold your pee, the waste is not thrown and they accumulate to tiny stones (?)
these then can hurt your kidney and thus cause problems for your health (for your kidneys to be exact).
I heard some may even bleed when they pee.
Not a very good thing to do actually.

Depends. For awhile, nothing would happen except that your bladder would stretch and you'd be uncomfortable. If you waited long enough, however, you could get urinary poisoning and die. There is a point, afterall, at which your bladder cannot stretch anymore. That urine has to go somewhere. Yuck.

your bladder will stretch. it will continue to stretch until it gets to the point that it will force the fluids out and you pee on yourself but at this point you can easily have stretched your bladder so much that it will actually hurt for a few days.
