Here is a powerful and amazing statement on Al Jazeera television. The woman is Wafa Sultan, an Arab-American psychologist from Los Angeles. I would suggest watching it ASAP because I don't know how long the link will be active. This film clip should be shown around the world repeatedly!!!

Wow, that was very moving. Thanks for sharing. One part I thought interesting was the man calling her a heretic and she's speaking on the basis of religion being personal and none of his business.

There are many perhaps thousands of people like her who speak against Islam & Muslims. What she said about Muslims is true. But certainly not Islam. Islam is a perfect way of life. Just bcos people fail to understand that it doesnt mean bad. Today Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world. Be it in USa or Europe or in any other part. This poor lady is trying to seek solution for problems created by human as a whole for the last 2 centuries. Like the hole in the Ozone Layer and the climatic change. It is not created in one day and also it cant be corrected in one day. May be it is her idea. But no true muslim ( i mean 1.2 billion - 20% of 6 billion) will accept this. May be she can go to the website and have a live debate with Dr.Zakir Naik from Mumbai, India. She has not understood this life. How many more years she is going to live in this world. After her death she is going to become nothing? If yes no use of talking like this.

first of all; the tale you have been observing replaced into no longer in step with data. some fool who has a gripe with the DEA, the police or the undeniable fact that he can no longer do drugs legally has written a script to fireplace up people who would stand in the back of his perspectives. i'm no longer one in each of those individuals. I actually have a brother in regulation enforcement, a brother who's a former DEA agent and a brother in regulation who served interior the CIA. they are all heros who positioned their lives on the line. some definitely everyone seems to be taught from the very beginning up of their lives that the police are to no longer be respected; nor for that count, is the regulation. They get indignant with the police for imposing the regulation and that they'll do all that they'd to make their jobs extra reliable via breaking rules, making the policemen and ladies people's jobs extra complicated and extra risky. I desire that rules could be enforced and that criminals could would desire to pay the fee for his or her deeds. regrettably, the policemen and ladies people's jobs have become extra complicated via the day while there are communities which will upward push up for criminals, no longer for cops or for victims. people who call our police representative "pigs" are indignant anti-regulation and anti-corporation people who have not have been given any admire for everyone. God bless our courageous officers; they deserve our admire and help for all they do to safeguard the individuals and the communities they serve.

She is right! We all are entitled to believe as we wish. How can someone call themselves religious if they torture and kill others for different beliefs. My God is a loving God, he said, "love your enemies do good to those who harm you or persecute you" I believe that he is God who walked among us, but if you don't believe he was that is up to you. God wants you to come to him freely not by coersion. The only thing I may argue with you about is if you say Jesus is a fairy tale, then I will say read your history books--there was a man named Jesus born of Mary and Joseph from the Jewish Town named Nazareth. Whether you believe he was the son of God is up to you, but you cannot deny the man. But to take a gun and shoot you or blow you up with a bomb because you believe differently is against what my God, Jesus taught. Does Islam teach such hatred and violence? I don't know. I've read a little of it and so far I haven't seen anything to say go kill your enemy if he doesn't believe as you do and I Allah will reward you in Heaven. If that is the case then maybe Hell is the better place to go.

This is such a great clip, because she cuts through all the religious rhetoric and gets to the heart of the problem.
She will probably be targeted and killed for making common sense.

That is not a spiritual thing it is political as it has to do with osama bin laden and his political fight,so keep politics out of religion,if you mix the two you will cause trouble among others.
