Looks like the first one has went a long way
It should probably be: Ich kaufe nichts bei Juden - I buy nothing from Jews (I don't buy anything from Jews)

A statement which I would regard as racist and/or antisemitic and which reminds on posters from Nazi Germany saying: Kaufe nicht bei Juden! (Don't buy from Jews)

Ich bin ein Ausländer! = I am a foreigner (immigrant)!

it's really funny (well actually I don't think it is the word matching the situation) but actually if you pronounce "cough" it can be the same as "kof" let's say
there is a word in German: kaufen ('cow-fan') that means to buy
so I guess the person who wrote it
1. has english as one of his mother tongues
2. is a f***in Antisemite
but the answer given by the German native is all right
no French in it

The first sentence is just rubbish, somebody tries to say something about Jews. I ?? nothing from Jews.
The other sentence means: I am a foreigner.

Well I don´t know what language that person speaks, but what he/she tries to say is not nice, it´s sounds scary to me.
