God is the all seeing, all knowing superior being,n people talk about his forgivness so why then do people go to hell?why does'nt he forgive those who have strayed of his path?your meant to love thy neighbour n look after your family by teaching them right from wrong so why then did he kick his son lucifer out of heaven huh if you kicked your child out n disowned them would peolpe worship you for that? i think not, apparently if you pray to god n ask his forgivness he will forgive you...if thats the case then when eve ate the forbidden apple why didnt he ask her to repent and give her a 2nd chance(like the 2nd chance we get if us mere mortals go to church)nope god thought scrap that, adam and eve can go live a life of hardship and there children and childrens'children can suffer too,and if you don't believe him then you n your inocent children can drown and die while his fans sorry followers can get on a ark and live on,sounds like he'd get on well with some of todays world leaders!

Don't blame God!
You call Lucifer God's son. This is a mistake. Lucifer was a created being, not a son of God.
Secondly, if you say "God, I don't want anything to do with You." He is just in saying "Ok, I'll stay away from you and not influence your life in any way". He says this for both now and eternity.

Read through the bible and find out what Gos is, then imagine a life without Him - what hell is ie an existence without God.

God is :- Love, Light, Truth, Joy, Peace etc. What would it be like without Him. YOUR CHOICE!

Only those who don't choose Life go to hell and no where in the Bible does it say hell burns for ever. The punishment of hell is forever - death; but the punishing stops - once something is burned up it is dead and no more burning is neccessary (2 Peter 3:10)

Eve chose to distrust God and received the consequences which was death. Adam & Eve did not immediately die so they were given a second chance.

God cannot set aside the law; the law is His character. (God's law = 10 Commandments.) If He could have set aside His law then Satan would be right in saying no one can keep the law and I should be allowed in Heaven. Therefore, Adam & Eve received some consequences to having broken the law so everyone can see where distrusting God leads.

Jesus came to Earth to show that the law can be kept with God dwelling in us.

When a person chooses to accept God their life is suppose to change. By reading God's word and relinquishing the world (no more worldly TV, radio, entertainment) your mind is filled with purer thoughts & God dwells in you and changes your heart & mind for by beholding you become changed. That is how Jesus lived a life w/o sin - by doing everything the Father asked HIm to do. That is how we are to live. God forgives the past and then we are to move on unto perfection.

Don't look at the Christians of this world, look at the BIble & pray to see God. Most Christians of this world are happy to sin & repent continually. They will be lost, for without holiness no man shall see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).

You will get all the support to not believe and all the confusion of different opinions by posting here or you can get a Bible and start praying and discover a life-changing Saviour.

That is because one has become the polar opposite to God's goodness, so He can have nothing to do with that one.

If one lives their life in making others suffer for one's own gain, than it is only just that such people are condemned to eternal suffering (those people do that because they think that they can get away with it, that no payback awaits those who do such things).

It is not that God is not willing to forgive sins, but these people adamantly refuse all mercy and light, so God must abandon them to the eternal darkness they have chosen.

The analogy of a child who misbehaves is erroneous, since with most children, there is redeemable goodness even if they are relatively bad - God is the same way, as long as there is a spark of goodness by which we can be redeemed, then God will by all means try to save us - but when one is hardened in utter blackness and evil, one is beyond redemption and is essentially the moral equivalent of an evil spirit - the evil angels have their destiny in the Lake of Fire for the malevolence they practise.

If you understood how utterly malevolent Lucifer is, you would understand his penalty.

There is no place as hell, it just means the grave. How would God who is love punish people who sin from imperfection for ever. Read how he feels about burning in fire in the Bible in Jeremiah 7:31 and consider this: What would you think of a parent who held his childs hand over a fire to punish the child for wrong doing? God is love {1 John 4:8 } Would he do what no right minded human person would do.

All you need to do is look to Blackadder:

"The thing about Heaven, is that Heaven is for people who like the sort of things that go on in Heaven, like, uh, well, singing, talking to God, watering pot plants. Whereas Hell, on the other hand, is for people who like the other sorts of things: adultery, pillage, torture -those areas. Give your lands to the Crown, and once you're dead, you will have the time of your life!".

But in truth, everyone is going to hell. Every single last one of us. The reason for this is that there is more than one religion in the world - there's 6 main ones for starters. Now the main snag is that more than one of those religions states in one way or another "If you don't worship our god as your only god, or you worship other gods besides this one, you're going to hell." Now since you can only faithfully worship one god at a time, by default, you are committing a terrible sin in the eyes of another religion because you're not following their god. So although one religion might have you believe that you're going to heaven, there are 2 others that believe you're beyond salvation and therefore going to hell. With a 2:1 majority condemning you to an eternity of punishment, you can safely assume you're going to hell with everyone you know - people you like and people you don't.

Since there will be people with you in hell that you don't like, then yes, it will be hell.

Or you could just not believe in a omnipotent, omnipresent God like most rational people.

God being "good" has NOTHING to do with us winding up in Hell. WE SEND OURSELVES there by disobedience and SIN in general! The Scripture says, "For what communion (relationship) hath light (God) with darkness (evil)? What concord (contract) hath Christ with Belial (false prophets/idols)?" Our "second chance" came through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. We're responsible for maintaining the relationship from that point forward. He does forgive those who stray and come back, but he does NOT forgive those who merely do it to use Him for a "spiritual crutch". The concept of sin was new when Eve ate the fruit, so there was no established system of repentance! Since BLOODSHED is the ONLY price that can be paid for sin, God only had two choices... KILL EVE, which would've done NO GOOD in her sinful condition or kill something PURE that could serve as a substitute. This is why God clothed Adam and Eve in the goat skins; it covered their bodies as a symbol of having to continually cover their sin! Since animals couldn't WILLINGLY give themselves for sin, Jesus' sacrifice had to be made pure by the fact that He was born of a VIRGIN birth and lived a sanctified life under the penalty of Law until time for His Grace through His sacrifice came to amend the Law and keep us from having to literally shed blood for remission of sins anymore!

I understand what youre saying and you could sit for ages thinking about it. i mean people arent bad people they are just people who do bad things and go to hell for those bad things they have done. I dont get it either because even if the people did send themselves there by sins they have commited then surely if God loves you then he would save you for eternal torment wouldnt he ?
