In Arabic the word Khaliq means to create, not just to create but to create from nothing, without there being a previous precedence.
So God created creation, without there being anything before it.
Now, what man is doing is mixing up a few things then presenting them.
Its like a cook who has lots of ingredients and makes a meal - does he create the meal or does he simply mix the ingredients? He mixes the ingredients this is what man is doing, mixing not creating. This is how a Muslim understands it anyway.

"A man invented a new backteria; Is that conflicts with the fact :"God is the only creator" ? what you see?"
I see the story about God talking with a scientist and having a contest about being creators. The scientist says that he can create life just like God did. So the scientist takes a bunch of chemicals and creates some RNA and tells God that he has created the building blocks of life from the dust of the ground just like God did.
God says "Who said that you could use my dust? Make your own and then get back to me".

Where did you see the words that "God is the ONLY creator"? I have never seen that. Can you provide a source?
Man has invented many things over the years.
God created life. Men used their God-given abilities to create new things.
Nowhere has it ever been said that God is the ONLY creator.
There will always be unanswered questions, no matter what you believe.

Creation means to make out of nothing. That man "invented", so he worked with something created already. At best, that man innovated what God has already created.

It's bacteria and I doubt he created it from nothing, it's probably a hybrid of another species or a cmbination of two different bacteria. It's still impossible to create a living organism out of non-living chemicals.

If you invent a new living thing from other living things, you're not like God at all. Wanna create like God, I dare anyone create anything from NOTHING.

If man can create something living from something non living, that will be the day when my faith in God shakes. as it is, man does not create anything with his own power, even our children are created on their own. We play no role in their creation other than allowing the seeds to meet.
We have not created the seeds.
We have not created the air, the elements and the basic building blocks of matter.
As long as we use things to build things, were not the creators, but simply the tools for creation.

More confusion. The beliefs in gods and other superstitious nonsense have created too much terrorism for any civilization. These phenomena are the results of cause and effect.

Can't Allah (God ) create by whatever means He so wishes... even if He so chooses to create using his creation? And Allah (God) is the one who brought all things into existence in the first place. Allah (God) knows best.
