I have a very nice friend (no really it's not me) who is having bad GI problems. She has recently moved here and doesn't have a regular doctor. The one she has seen so far was extremely brusque in his assessment and treatment and didn't want to send her to the hospital. What does she have to say to get him to admit her (she is seeing him tomorrow).

She needs to go to the hospital and seeing another doctor will take too long. She hasn't been able to eat hardly anything and has been to the emergency room three times where they just keep on giving her medicine. All the medicine she has been given prescribed makes the condition worse.
Everyone tells her it is no big deal. Well it is a big deal and she is getting worse. I am not asking whether or not she should try to get admitted to the hospital, I am asking HOW can she get admitted. What does she have to say to this guy to get him to realize she needs to go, and not brush her off like he did last time. What key words are effective? If you don't have an answer to this question then don't bother responding. I am not interested in whether or not some random stranger thinks this is a good approach to the problem or not.
