I have a court doc number how do I use it

If the court has a website, you could visit the site and type what you have in the search box (any site without a search box needs a better design). If that doesn't work, contact the court in question.

Take it to the clerk of court who issued it and have them pull it for you.

You should be able to go down to the courthouse, talk to the clerk, and find whatever you want if it's public records. I think they charge a fee.
