The offsprings of Adam and Eve as bones of bone and flesh of flesh and still
near perfect even after sin begans.
They must populate the earth as brothers, sisters, half-brothers, half-sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins mate, how many years as to the bible in time, before they have to worry about genetic defect and set rules to select distant relatives to mate with for the sake of all?

Adam and Eve WERE created perfect.
It was their disobedience that brought in IMPERFECTION.
They were warned that if they disobeyed, they would die.
And sickness and faulty genes are just a lesser form of death, that can lead to death.
God did not create them with death built in...they brought it on themselves.
So before the disobeyed, they had the prospect of living without death....forever.
