please help. i met this guy at 'informal' work the other day for the first time.i dont know what it is but we got along really really well. he seems outgoing, friendly, asking if i was alright jus once coz i prob loked stressed! he ruffled my hair, rubbed my arm.kept coming in to talk to me.he also asked me if i would like to do extra work after work-which i would be happy to do seeing as it is something that i would be really interested in. when i was finished work.. he was siitin at his desk and he had his swival chair totally turned towards me(i was lookin away@the time but when i turned to face him) so he must have been staring at me.coz when i turned towards him he was in same position n smiling. it wasnt a dirty smile it seemed more like i really like you-(unsure whether as friend as more) he texted me next day and and text started with "hi honey.(rst of text) is he just messin and been real friendly or does he like me? this happened all in one day.. hes bout 10yrs older then me.

man he is too fast to be your frnd..... he tryin evry possible "legal" contact wid ur body...through eyes or wid his hands...guys workin it dis way and dis fast may have only one thing in mind...u noe it bttr...he is jus trying 2 gain ur confidence...n older than 10yrs make him more xperienced...juss get on wid ur life...n dunn let this person come any close to you...

Older men just love the vulnerability of young girls like you. He's got to you by being cute with you. I remember older men being like this in my first job about the same age. It's just an ego game.
He has years of experience on you - I would say to you be careful and think about what you could be getting into.
My daughter fell for an older guy at 18 (first love) it turned both our lives upside down - he turned out to be a player and user of drugs. My daughter was never the same but that's another story. Keep your eyes open & take care.

Well i cannot judge by that, you must know for yourself, and hi honey is really nothing, most people just use sweet words all day with many ladies.
You must have to figure it out, but Hmm 19, arent you young for a 10 years older guy??

All the touching, and the texting, and asking you about after work 'work. sounds like he's into you...not just friendly. as to the other part of this question, it doesnt matter how much a guy is into you it doesnt take much to make it purely a one thing thing. Plus he is alot older than you, he might just be looking for a flirt.

Be careful. all older men want to have se# with younger women. He may have a gf or a wife and kids at home. Why put yourself in the middle of that kind of mess? Back off until you get more information about him.

hes older and reaching his 30's also you work with him. take it from me I'd just stay friends. you are young and older men love that they can get women younger then them. if i were you I'd be his friend for awhile and if he stick around then maybe hes worth something more. but remember older men know how to work younger women.
