You don't buy a rabies tag..one is issued at the vet office when the rabies vaccine is given..when you get the vaccination a tag and rabies certificate are given as proof that the rabies vaccine was given.

Your dog needs an annual rabies vaccine, unless the dog is given the 3 year vaccine - ask your veterinarian.
If a puppy, they should have their first vaccine at 8 weeks and then a booster at 12 and 16 weeks.
The rabies vaccine is a legal requirement.

the laws vary in different states, but you get the tag to show that your dog has had the vaccination. Check with your vet.

this tag is to prove that your pet has had its shot for rabies,so that if he bites someone the tag will show that he has been vacinated. it is to protect your pet and you just in case he gets loose and injures any one or another animal.

Sorry can't buy them legally. You have to get one directly from your vet.
