If the dog has not been exposed to excessively cold temperatures and its not hypothermia it could be a thyroid issue. It could also be a fluke and you took the temperature wrong.

I agree that the temperature was probably not taken correctly.And yes,temps do go down when puppies are due..like real soon..12 hours or less.

unless she is pregnannt and due she needs to get to the vets immediately this can be the cause of many things but it's not normal and can be vey dangerous

maybe it has a cold, check its nose, is it runny or is it dry, if its runny, its healthy maybe, if its dry its probably got a cold, just keep it warm
