Some people say local honey helps. However, others are allergic to the honey also. If you want a long-term non chemical treatment that works, go get allergy desensitation shots. They are a tiny extract of the pollen to which you are allergic. They slowly increase the dosage over several years until you no longer react to the amount normally found in the air.
