When ever I have a shower or bath, afterwards I usually get itchy and I get these red bumps mainly on my tommy and back. But after 4minutes or so they disapear.

It sounds like the water was too hot

You could be running the water at too high of a temperature. They'll cause an itch because the skin dries off too intensely in particular areas. I used to get that on my back a lot. The red bumps too, all I did was lower the water temp and I stopped having the problem. If that doesn't help, you might want to consult a physician about it. There there to help.

More then likely it would be the water temperature is to hot.When it is to hot the blood will rise up to the surface from the heat.Try cooling it down abit.

it sounds like an allergic reaction to maybe a soap of shower gel you're using

It could be a form of urticaria that is caused by heat.
