If it is your car-parking space then your deeds will probably discuss common rights of access over her drive. If it's her car parking space, which you've been able to use then it's probably up to her what she does with it.

If it is her property, she can do what she likes - unless the deeds to your property (and to her property) give you a specific right to park your car there.
If it is your property, your neighbour has no rights (again unless the deeds for the properties include clauses specifying specific rights).
If it is public property (e.g. a public road) then anyone with a valid tax disc has the right to park there, and no-one other than the local authority (council) has the right to prevent it.

Do your house deeds state that that parking space is yours? If so, your neighbour is tresspassing and you should take her to court to claim damages to your property, from her putting that post in.
Go to your councils planning department and see what they have to say.
It sould help to have a picture of the situation, I just cant picture it.
You could put a post in her parking space. seems only fair.
but seriously, get it sorted and get yourself a solicitor to see where you stand.

Ask yourself this question if your neighbour owns the land then she can stop you from useing that part of the land.
If i were you i would look at my deeds of my home and failing that speak to the planning dept of my local council.
If the neighour owns that peice of land then there is not much you can do.
Your neighbour take legal action against you ???

You need to look at your deeds to establish who owns the land in question. If it's yours, she can't do a thing to it. If it's hers, she can do what she wants (subject to planning and all that). If it's hers and there's a clause giving you right of access to park, she still can't do anything about it. You'll need to look closely, I'd suggest a solicitor to get the facts straight.

If it is a shared drive then she can't stop you. But this sounds tricky, i would get a solicitor to go over the plans, cos if she is blocking access to your property then you have a good case. Keep fighting.

I think she needs planning permission for this. Phone the council and find out.
Or getting the plans and deeds for your property and it should tell you on there.
Id she does put in for planning then dispute it and if you get on well with your other neighbours get them to dispute it as well.
Good luck

If any of the posts are on your property remove them, if they are on a public highway or path/street contact the local council.

I suggest ringing the council and asking them to come out and check. Something doesn't seem right here
