I would say lack of experience & knowledge. I think a lot of guys don't really know what they are doing their first time, so they slam in hard & fast, with swift results. I actually read up on the subject quite a bit before my first time, & lasted long enough for the girl I was with to compliment me, & ask me how many girls I had been with before her. So, if a guy asked me how to last longer, I would have to tell him to read a book. It does help. You might also try to refer to the website below for more tips.

Yes, it does take effort for them to last longer. So since they're not used to it, they just get too excited and let it out and can't really help it. Although, my boyfriend said his first time lasted a while so I guess there are some guys out there who can get it to last.

Could be a miriad of reasons, nervousness being the top one. If the guy does get off too early wait a few minutes and try again. The more orgasms a guy has, the longer it takes for the next one. Hope that helps.

It has to do with the long awaited anticipation of how its going to be like and the lack of knowledge that its not only he who needs to feel good.
Practise and time makes it last longer and much more satisfying.
