Border Patrols.. what is the point?

so u have some guy , standing at the border line.! presumably checking everyone has the correct papers.! number 1 ...what is her checking anyway...? number 2....couldnt his time be spent better doing something else..
no3.....who invented border patrols anyway,?
no4...are they really keeping people in.......or out?
no5....errrm...i forgot? :-)

Deployment of border patrols is a valid exercise of the police power of the state.

let's see, border patrol keeps what supposed to be outside, out and what inside, in. about the papers, i believe they're called immigration papers. if this time is used on something else, are you willing to sacrifice your own to solve illegal immigration? as of who invented, the government.
