Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

i hope you are joking, but if you're not then you need to take action and change your lifestyle. you say that you weigh 450 pounds, THAT IS MORBID OBESITY! you need to sit down and have a good talk with your doctor about this and you should follow your doctors advice. you have to start exercising and STOP EATING JUNK. pizza, mcdonald's, etc are probably the fattiest foods on the planet and everytime you digest these foods more fat is added to your normal body fat. i don't expect you exercise, so there is no way that these added fats will be burned off, therefore you will continue to grow in size.
YOU ARE NOT HEALTHY.

If you are serious, then the key word for you is MODERATION. You can still have your Mickey D's and pizza, but only in moderation. You need to drink lots of water and you need to exercise. FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS is not healthy no matter what you think. Get off your butt, go for a walk and get some dumbbells.

Sure! All of those things are good - I hear Cocaine is good for weight loss too!
No, the answers reallly really is - no junk food and take exercise. Start with a walk, take the stairs not the elevator, etc.

maybe your question is a joke, maybe not. if not, you have to truly be ready and want to lose weight or you wont. Try ordering the lower calorie items at Mcdonalds and eat lean Cuisine pizza when you want pizza. make a few changes like that will help.

you need to stop eating mcdonalds and pizza etc... a Big mac has more fat than the average daily intake for a 26 year old man is! so no more junk. no soft drink, water only. u need to go for jogs or walks every day. even just walking around the house will do it. walk to shops etc... just dont stay seated all day watching TV. play sport, bowling anything.

So you want to lose weight, but you don't want to exercise, quit eating pizza, McDonalds, etc? ... Simple, you will not lose weight.

Actually, the best thing to do is be completely sedentary and eat as many Big Macs as possible. See, eventually the fat from the Big Macs will cancel your natural body fat out and you'll lose weight! Totally makes sense, right?!

Forget about a massage. A person would have to have arms 10 feet long to get around all that lard.Double that diet. Soon you won't have to worry about exercise either because it will take a tow truck to move you.
