Sex!

It burns lots of calories and there's not much else I'd rather do!

I've recently taken up cycling. It doesn't sound fun but it's actually quite addictive, especially when you get to the top of a steep hill and can whizz down the other side. The impact is also easier on your joints than say something like running, and depending where you live there should be some nice routes, (I live in SW London and it's not as scary as it seems cycling on the roads).

If cycling doesn't appeal to you I would suggest maybe a team sport, like rugby or rowing, even if you have no friends there you will soon make some when you join, just google which ever team sport appeals to you and your town and it should tell you what is on offer. Personally I have found aerobic classes, like the ones you get at a local leisure centre a bit of a chore rather than fun, unless of course you can find a dancing style class and take a friend or two to have a laugh with whilst you're there!
Good luck!

Hello,

(ANS) The main thing is that when exercising that it remains fun or at least enjoyable.

Find a sports activity that appeals to you, that will give you regular exercise but which has some variety (If a sports becomes too repetitive it can easily and quickly become dull and boring or stale).

**If the sports or exercise ceases to be fun or enjoyable then thats a warning sign that you've had enough, find something else. Variety seems to key to me , in terms of carrying on doing the exercise.

Find something that you can do with friends or with a group of other people, something that might have a social element to it.

**Could be anything like:- Swimming, running or jogging, circuit training, aerobics, dance & so on (its a long list).

**You DON'T have to spend hundreds of pounds on a fancy gym membership to have fun with exercising, I found my local sports center to be excellent.

Ivan

Why are so many men telling a girl who already stated that she is under 15 that sex is the best form of exercise? What a bunch of losers!! Anyway... exercise is much more fun if there's other people involved, like team sports, soccer, that sort of thing. Even if you are really rubbish at them they can be a really good giggle. If you are trying to exercise at home use your mp3 player to keep you going, try to sing along! i usually end up laughing at myself, and gaining more respect for performers who sing and dance at the same time on stage!! how do they manage to sing so well while they run about like that?

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

If u do exercise alone in a room or a place where there is no chance of other to see or peep, perhaps only ur partner can see if he is nice headed and frank. Then do exercise with music, or sining and use walking, jumping and machines etc with a little necessary dress only . I used this technique before and found interesting.

many of the answers said is not what a young girl under the age of 15 wants to read. besides that and back to her question. You can try...swimming, dancing, Bicycling, take a friend for a walk and talk about how your summer is goin or whatever pops up, run..have someone run with you and race eachother, play basketball, tennis, soccer, raquetball its a one player game you can play on your own.

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost just over 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !

Exercise in a group, it's best in class with the instructor providing in the music, it's almost like a dance class then and you come out feeling all worked out and you've had a boogie as well

Play a sport like soccer, basketball, or tennis. Doing things with other people is always more fun than just running by yourself.

Otherwise, make a mix of music that you really enjoy and that gets you excited.

notice a good majority of the guys on here had sex as the answer, not knowing that this is a young girl!!! seriously though, everyone has a passion, something that they enjoy doing and burn a lot of calories in the process too! find something you enjoy doing whether it's jogging, dancing, aerobics, strength training, sports, etc...and you will have answered your own question. the secret is trying out new things to find what you like.
