Does God hate them or does He love them? Does He accept them the way that they are or does He reject their way of life?

I believe that God loves all people, but He hates the sin. Leviticus 19 says that homosexuality and lesbianism is an abomination to God. Jesus loves all people, but it is the sin that they commit with no remorse that leads Him to pronounce judgement. Comments!?!

Gays: The bible states it is wrong for people of the same sex to be together sexually because God created Man and Woman to be together -- Romans Chapter One. HOWEVER it very important to know that God forgives every sin!

Now the men of Sodom were wicked and were sinning greatly against the Lord Genesis 13:13

Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom--both young and old--surrounded the house. They called to Lot, "Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them. Genesis 19:4

God says WHILE we were yet sinners He loved us! Romans 5:8

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God. 1 Corin 6:9-11

Listen, the bible was written by many authors in a time where folklore was very popular. Science has been disproving the bible for over 300 years. The bible was taken very literally back in the middle ages although now religious people have now changed their views that religion and science can work together--This is not possible since they know that science has already won the battle for truth. As for gay people--science has started to show proof that you are not in control of who you are attracted to. There are gay animals for God's sake. Do you think they choose this? If it is a natural occurance that you are born with (genetic in nature) how can the perfect God be angry at something he created? This is not a God that I want to exist but should be put into a mental hospital instead. Check this video out and tell me what you think:

Now, are you going to trust a book in which the only proof that God is angry at gay people is that it is written a long time ago by many authors? Come on.

I don't think you could say what Jesus says about gays when he did not say anything at all. If it was important you would think he would have brought it up. It's very possible that some of the Disciples were gay and Jesus thought that was cool. He figured no one was going to make a big deal out of it because the gays he knew were not hurting anyone.

the bible is a statement of belief of people thousands of years ago. they thought that homosexuality was a bad thing because they thought it was impure. it was simply their custom. i think that god is bigger than what some people wrote in a book and i do think he loves gay people. he made them that way, after all. and if you dont believe that theya re made that way, then you can say that god gave us choice and really, homosexuality doesnt hurt anyone so why should god be angry?

the bible equates homosexuality with the haenous crime of eating shrimp. eating shrimp is socially accepted, and practiced by many many many christians around the world. How should homosexuality be any different?

you cant pick and choose the rules you want to live by... you either follow them all, or not at all. I myself will go for the latter...

God loves those who trust Him. Homosexual or not. Now you are going to get a lot of other answers from Christians, but send them to me. I'll deal with them.

You know, if you and your God just happen to have the same opinion about homosexuality, it's a pretty good sign that you've created him in your own image.
