What kind of makeup? It is sometimes normal for men to do this.. say.. cover up pimples or bad spots he doesn't like. Or it can mean he is gay or just being silly. He might be a clown or a retard but it depends on what the situation is.... if it is clown makeup then a clown.. like pink makeup.. gay. If it's brown or something he's just trying to hide something he doesn't like or is gay but is going easy on it.

Well some girls actually like a little eye-liner. Unless It is a whole set of make-up, then he's not really smart and he might look like a clown.

he might just be concerned about how he looks. it depends on what type of make up.. if he weres red lipstick his a clown if black eyeliner his a gothic guy if just a simple gloss or maybe concealer or foundation to hide certain areas then his okay his just concious
