i agree nascarfan31 it doesn't matter to me waht is on the hood all i care about is the guy driving!! he will win races no matter what is on the hood!! i will always be a kasey fan!!

UPDATE: hearing that Budweiser could sponsor one of the Evernham Motorsports teams in 2008, leaving DEI and Dale Earnhardt Jr. it could be the sponsor for Kasey Kahne if Dodge lets him out of their sponsor deal of the #9 and if Bud feels Kahne meets their demographics, or even #19-Elliott Sadler team. Supposedly DEI could still be in play for the Bud sponsor, but looks like Bud will not follow Dale Earnhardt Jr. to Hendrick Motorsports and that Pepsi/Mountain Dew will sponsor Dale Jr. in 2008.(7-10-2007)

Budweiser and Kahne? I read the article about this possible partnership. I am having a hard time seeing this partnership working for several reason.
The most obvious reason is that Kasey is a very mellow and low key kind of guy. Bud usually sponsors very high profile and vocal Drivers.
Kasey has become the face of a healthier and more health conscious NASCAR with his work with Vitamin Water. To go from Vitamin Water to Budweiser is one huge jump acros the beverage spectrum.
The reason the least obvious has to do with where Kasey is from. Kasey is from Washington, and most people in Washington drink micro-brews from Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia. Budweiser is considered sacreligious in the Northwest. To go with Bud, Kasey would be insulting his oldest and most loyal Fan base.

I kinda hate that JR wont have bud as his major sponsor because bud,JR and #8 all go together, but if they have to go with someone with fan appeal Kasey would be a good choice!! People like him and know who he is if you would see him in the streets so they would relate to him and he could help sell there product , which is why they sponsor a driver anyway!!

Well a very recognized sponsor with "international" following.A very able up and coming driver and a team that can get the job done.
Sounds like it will be a good match.
But what are the NASCAR MOMS going to do when chasing Kasey?

I've heard this 'rumor' going around for awhile...and I think it would be AWESOME!!! I'm not even a drinker but I'll certainly buy Bud if it's Kasey's sponser! He's an awesome person, a clean driver and since we've met him 8 times, like a member of the family. I think he would do Budweiser proud!

I like to see Bud sponsor anybody but Dale Jr. To me seeing the same sponsor on one drivers car race after race is blah! Idk how to explain it... I can see Kasey more valuable to Bud. I'm not trying to take anything away from Dale Jr, but... I think I should quit while I'm ahead. :) Have a good one.
