First, I eat healthy…fruits and veggies…lean meats or skinless rotisserie chicken, no fried food or fast food (I can eat a half dozen of french fries once or twice a month or more if I make them myself with good oil and less salt)…I watch my calories intake and make sure I never get hungry by eating lots of whole wheat stuff and fiber….blah, blah, blah,…
I do about 8,000 calories of exercising every month so I can eat normally and not get fat.
Then, I can eat anything I want, anything…as long as I pay for it…
I do not pay with money but I pay with effort. Each time I bicycle one mile on my stationary bicycle, which takes about 5 minutes, then I spend 32 calories exercising.
Let’s assume I want some chocolate…I love chocolate…
I can have a Lindt Lindor Truffle, Swiss White Chocolate with a smooth filling…yes, I can.
I can have as many as I want…as long as I pay for it.
A serving size is 7 pieces (39g) and 250 calories but I do not need a serving…I just want one piece or two (they’re a little less than one inch square and a little less than ½ inch thick but very fulfilling, taking a long time to melt in your mouth.) so each of them is about 35 calories which is about one miles/5 minutes on that stationary bicycle.
So I just eat a piece or two and put the bill on my stationary bicycle so next time I do my low cardio, I will have to add one or two mile because of the chocolate I ate.
So I can eat anything I want, anything I crave…nothing if off limit…as long as I can pay for it.,,32 calories at a time.

Instead of eating a whole portion of something, cut it in half and eat only half.
Half the portion means half the fat and half the calories so you can eat twice as much!
Well, according to Marjorie Dawes...
Seriously though, I've heard that hot (not boiling) water is very good for your system as a cleansing drink and adding lemon or a slice of lime to it takes the bland edge off the water.

The Victorian basic rule of thumb concerning health and eating is "a little of what you fancy does you good". You will therefore do yourself no harm by eating as wide a choice of foods as possible but never eating more than you need.
As for the G&T - there is a far better nightcap and it's one taken nightly by HM Queen Vic. This consisted of a liberal measure of Scotch Whiskey poured into a glass of Claret. I have a sneaking suspicion this may have been influenced by Mr Brown, her servant and companion of many years. The Whiskey part anyway.

Strange no, but it works: I take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every morning before breakfast. Been doing it for 2 months, I've noticed the difference in my digestive system. I have no embarrassing flatulence problems and I'd swear I no longer have serious UTI problems. Mind over matter? Go ahead and try it.

drinking tea helps cut cravings, eat veggies (especially lettuce or spinage) with vinaigrette dressing with low calories, eat a piece of fruit (watermelon works well cut up some and eat maybe a cup full hehe you probably shouldn't eat the whole melon lol).
