You should weigh as much as it takes to keep your body healthy. If you are trying to lose weight consider working out more and eating healthier.

Try to stick around 135lbs, until you age a bit more.

Your healthy now!

Write down what you eat for the entire week.
When the next week comes, switch something you ate that was bad, into something good!

Example: Soda > Water, Gummy bears > Fruit

Then you must pick up on your cardio! Try going for a few 10 minute runs daily. Then as soon as you can run for 30-35 minutes, try doing it 3-4 times a week, or daily if you can!
which you will eat every 2.5-3 hours apart! It will keep your metabolism strong and help you burn excess weight!

DO NOT use any supplements, research shows the majority of fat loss supplements will screw you over in the long run!

For fun, try purchasing some, "Tae Bo" exercise movies!
Get a skipping rope, Rollerblades, etc!

Even stay out more, go for a walk around the mall until it closes, keep your eyes focused on clothes you really wish you could wear = More motivation!

The correct one to answer this question would be you family doctor! He knows you, your health condition, and will give you an honest answer that is best for you and your health! If you are healthy and eat right and get plenty of exercise, then don't worry about what the scales read! Enjoy your teen years! Be Happy! Eat in moderation, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, whole grains and lean meats. Drink plenty of water and exercise, don't lead a sedentary life! But let your Doctor be the judge on what you should weigh and if you do or if you do not need to lose any weight!

it sounds like a little bit overweight. The ideal weight for the medium large frame should be around 125-135 lbs.

Between 105 and 135. Your current BMI indicates you're overweight, but BMI leaves out many factors such as frame size and muscle mass. If you're large-framed, 105 is obviously too small. I would aim for 130 if I were you.
