Competent tattoo artists work around moles, not over them. The reason being is that moles can change - one of the signs of skin cancer. If you have it tattooed, you will not be able to recognize this and seek medical attention.

I'm sure they can tattoo right on over it. Although what you should be doing is asking a real artist, not the people on YA who dont do this for a living, lol.

So go into any good parlor/shop and ask them what they think.

you could, but thats a bad idea, being that some moles may raise up over time-and the tattoo may stimulate that growth.

really depends on the tattoo artist some will do it some wont and some will try to incorporate it into a tat
