Things had cooled off with the man and woman snapping the pictures of my illegal hired hand. Come to find out they had been snapping the pictures cause of a rumor of Mr. Carreon selling cocaine to neighbor kids. A rumor is all it is. Mr. Carreon is a good man, all except for the flies a'swarming. Lordy but now they are back with the snapping and I'm scared for Mr. Carreons possible deportation. So my question is will they deport him if they find evidence of him selling the cocaine? And how can I get him back to Arizona if they do?

I do not think your story is factual, no credible employer would want a drug dealer on its property.

Well hopefully if they find him guilty of selling it they can also charge you as an accessory since you posted it on a public board that you were aware of it.

Usually if its a felony , they will get him deported , small crimes they wont but a felony will get him sent back home.
