Well Mike I would have to say your times are close to each other, but I will still say that your 100m time is better.
To be honest not great but it is slightly better only because, no 40 time is accurate (unless auto time was used) and than its also hand timed so your 4.66 is probably like a 4.94.
If it was auto timed than your 40 time is very impressive and you have some great explosive speed and if you just add some endurance to it you will become a great sprinter.

The 40 time. It looks like you're fairly quick, but not real fast. I used to run the 40 in about that same time, but could run a sub 11 100. Work on your stride and top speed.

Your 40 time. It shows your acceleration, which is a little stronger than your top speed at this point. Depending on age. Top high school, guys, are running sub 12s.

and to trakn there isn't a .28 difference between hand timed and digitally timed
