Yea, it will still work since it's water.
But if you're looking for flavor, you can also try citrus alka seltzer when you don't have flavored water. It tastes like tangy orange juice. It's pretty good :]

Yeah. It just needs (aqua) to dissolve in. All that will do is affect the taste, but it will still work fine.
