I just don't know why he would do such a thing... :(

Hitler was born just like any of us. He had choices in life just like us. Did God make him to be evil? I don't think so. It is God's will that none of us perish. God doesn't hate people he hates their sin. If Hitler would have cried out and asked Jesus into his life and repented (turned away from his sin) God would have forgave him. Repentance is not just asking forgiveness and then going out and keep doing what your doing. True repentance is asking forgiveness and truly trying to keep from doing the sin over and over again. Are we going to fail? Most likely.

If God created only nice and friendly people, would there be any such thing as free choice? Because God forbid (pun intended) if you wanted to disobey Him, He would have canceled you off the to-create list. But He doesn't do that. He gives everyone a chance to make their own decisions. It is also easy with our short sightedness to sneer at the idea that God could possibly have a plan to cause good to come from that sort of catastrophe. But we know that all things work together for good for those that love God. It is a matter of trust.

I think you're not looking for an answer as to why God created Hitler, but why He made Hitler do what he did.

It isn't an easy answer for anyone, from a religious point of view or not. Personally, I think it has a little to do with that the Jews needed to remember once again where they came from and who gave them all that they had.

In the Bible, God even sends the Jews back into slavery multiple times after He frees them.

Hitler was a motivator...

A mass of people were willing to follow the lead of anyone that had passion.

Heinous things resulted.

But free will, not God, was the creator, and we are powerful co-creators. God didn't insist that Hitler be followed. This was a belief system... A group of people gathered together for a cause.

We credit one man for all the evil, but any one person would have been stopped.

Maybe God was just proofing free will.

He created him, just like he created everyone in this world, and gave him free will.. Hitler could do a great good to the world or he could do what he did (great evil) god trusted him and was by his side wishing he could do great good and make him happy, but he didn't (like a lot of people). God creates us wishing the best for us, but we are the one who chose in which side to be on. I think God still believes in all of us, that we can be better(that's why the end of days hasn't come yet) Don't blame god. Is not his fault that another soul turned his back to him. It's our own fault. We should blame evilness

For us to come to know true compassion, empathy, and sympathy for our fellow brothers and sisters regardless of their race or religion. Just as 9/11 unified us as Americans after such horrible tragedy we experienced a bond and love for one another like never before. And, Hilter and the holocaust unified those who stand opposed to such ugliness, in a time when we (as a human race) took it for granted that our "leaders" were just and fair - Hitler and his rule shook man to the very core and unified a worldwide fight for freedom, and love of difference, acceptance.

He had His reasons just as His reasons for creating you... we are not in the position to question His purpose... we don't know enough about our history to make informed decisions today and understand the consequences they may have tomorrow, next year, let alone a century or thousand years later. Its not like he made a platypus mistake or something... it just doesn't make sense to us how God could make someone so evil... but Hitler had the same choice everyone has in life to choose which path to follow.

Exactly... Part of his plan.

Most people don't stop to think what the world would have been like WITHOUT the Second World war.

Uhh lets see.....

No nuclear bombs... That would mean BIG wars between Russia and US...

No jets... Uh-huh. Good luck getting around the world in a bi-plane.

No relief from "the dirty thirties".... Everyone starves. Hurrah.

Stalin takes over the world... Look at Russia, they just CRUSHED Germany... No, it wasn't the stupid Starz 'n 'Stripes, it was the RUSSIANS who saved the world. Imagine if they tried to take over?

It also united a divided western world towards a common purpose...

It dealt a crushing blow to fascism...

....It just goes on and on...

Hitler had a choice just like everyone else has. He chose the dark sided path and become evil.
Why did God create you? Because he loves you and wants to give you a chance to do what is right!!!
