Yes.
Well, yes and no.

The trinity concept is of foreign origin, so it isn't actually Christian in the 1st place.

It would be rather difficult to become a Christian w/o believing that Jesus' shed blood is essential to your salvation, though.

It is a bit of a tricky one. I am christian and believe in the Father (God), the Son (Christ) and the Holy Spirit which is really ONE as GOD is in everything and everyone. I believe in Salvation as we are saved by Jesus Christ who died on the cross for all of us. That is basically the picture/ existence for a christian. So without believing in Trinity and salvation you could not be a christian. On the other hand, I believe people can live a 'christian' life without these believes by just doing the best they can for the good of all. Isn't this comparable to what the Koran teaches?

Becoming a Christian involves the knowledge that you can not go to heaven based on your own works, so what Christ has done is our salvation. His performance is what makes us acceptable to God.

Many times, people know this and no more when they turn their lives over to God.

They may learn of things like the Trinity afterward, and some may even have a hard time grasping the concept, but still believe in God's word enough to accept it.

A person can become a Christian without passing a theology exam. They just have to repent of their sins and trust in Jesus Christ for their salvation at which time they will receive the Holy Spirit. Then He, the Spirit will guide them into the truths that they need to know.

Yes. The theology of the Trinity is something not neccessary to Christian belief. There are many ways to understand salvation. Christianity is a broad and diverse religion, in spite of what Atheists and Fundamentalists would have you think.

The trinity doctrine was introduce to Christianity well after the first century Christians.
Jesus did not advocate in any way the idea of being equal to his father or to another in a triune way.
In fact the word trinity is not mentioned even once in the bible.
People that follow it are believing in a concept that were prevelent in Babelonish and other Pagan religions.- not Christian.

And think about it logically for one moment.
Why would Jesus pray to God if they were the one person.?
How could Jesus die and give a valid sacrifice , if he was still in fact alive in heaven at the same time.?

To learn about God you must know who and what he is.
If you are starting out on a basis of error as to what his makeup is , you will never get to learn what he is all about.-- and your just wasting your time.

As the story goes, there was a thief next to Jesus at the crucifixion. Jesus told him that today that man would be with him in paradise. What did that man understand about the trinity?

Why are you all (Muslims) always trying to do subversive slams on the Christian's Trinity concept? Face it, if they have accepted Christ as their lord and savior, they are NOT Muslim. Sorry. No gray areas here.

Anyone that no longer holds the light at their back and lets the light shine in front them, can be called a Christian. Jesus (PBUH) said to follow him, and holding the light of "Wisdom"
in front of oneself will light the path, so that man does not fall into a hole or a rut. If one keeps the light behind them then what lies in front of man are called shadows. He cast his own shadows. This man must avoid at all cost.

"If everyone lit just one little candle what a bright world this would be."

"If someone asks you what work there is to do, light the candle in their hand.".........RUMI.....

Have a blessed day!
