To pose this question you have to believe in aliens. Are there, in reality, aliens (that is, beings extraterrestrial)? I don't know but, as Carl Sagan said, "If there is no one out there it would be a terrible waste of space."

There probably are aliens, given the immenseness of our own galaxy and the presence of so much of the basic constituents of life floating around in it. Are they visiting us now or have they been here in the past? Who knows? There is no substantiating evidence to prove or disprove those ideas, but it is unlikely.

To hold a belief that aliens are visiting us is quite the same thing as believing in religion (any religion) because in both cases you are required to accept that something is so without supporting evidence.

That there probably is life in other places (including our own neighborhood) is supported to some extent by tangible evidence, but there is, as yet, no proof.

Maybe the aliens are beings from heaven? Or they could be beings sent from the dark side to confuse humans from believing in religion? There is a spiritual war going on out there you know and both sides are fighting to win you over!

Ach! Good Lord, boyo!

The U.S. government just wants you to THINK there are aliens as they test futuristic weapons that no one knows they actually have.

If aliens, the men in black, etc. were real, why arn't documentaries on aliens being silenced, and photographs being seized?

Also...if aliens have such advanced technology, why would they need to abduct so many people (the ones that claim they've been)? And mutilating cows? Please. Just rubbish that farmers do to get attention.

I don't remember hearing about any religion that specifically says "Aliens do not exist."
