I have been looking at Sandals resorts and also places like Cozumoleño. I'm 18 so I need something that meets that age requirement but also don't want to spend too much money.

Jamaica has a resort for everyone, if you want to be risque and wicked then Superclubs is the one for you. It includes beaches that offer optional clothing, Hedonism II & III is exactly as the name suggests.
If you would prefer to be a bit less adventurous however then Sandals, Beaches and Breezes are great options.
You can log on to www.visitjamaica.com and navigate the site. It will offer you all the info to choose the right resort for you.
The legal drinking age in Jamaica is 18, however none of the hotles will ask for IDs before serving you however. Also take note that some of these hotels are couples only.
