Hey. I need to go to Saddle Brook NJ from New York City immediately, but my car has broken down : (. Is any chance that I could get there by PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. I am a poor college student, so there is no way for me to think about TAXI. Thank you!

Go to NJ Transit's trip planner website:
http://atisweb.njtransit.com/cgi-bin/itin_page.pl

Plug in your destination address and it'll map out bus routes for you that leave from Port Authority Bus Terminal.

There are trains and buses..if you get stuck email me and I'll drive you, I live in the next town over from Saddle Brook...good luck!
PS: if you need a ride let me know because I have to call in sick from work :)

Go to PENN Station and get on the PATH train, I don't know the map or the schedule but look online

you can either take nj transit from port authority on 42nd street and 8th avenue or you can take the path train at either penn station, w. 14th street, or ground zero
