I'm on a diet and i'm not really sure what to eat in the morning for breakfast. Anyone have any answers to this??

Oatmeal and Cream of wheat!!

Here's a one that I really like:

9 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 cups dry oats
2 heaping tablespoons of Splenda calorie-free sweetener

Put it all in a blender and blend it up good. Cook it like a pancake.

You might not need all of that protein and carbs from the Oatmeal while on a diet--so cut it down as needed. It tastes very good! It's low fat, high protein, and mainly low-glycemic carbs....which are what you want while on a diet.

old fashioned oatmeal with egg whites and avocado chunks or with nuts and dried fruit or fresh fruit and berries and honey
whole wheat pita pockets toasted and stuffed with grilled chicken and lots of veggies
remember that any diet that you cant follow every day of your life is not gona give you permanent results.
