I have extremely sensitive skin too and I use Surgi-Cream. I can't use it for the full length of time it suggests but i am able to use it. My skin will burn for a few minutes afterward but I don't break out. If I leave it on too long it will burn longer and will swell a little bit but if I keep it down to around 3 minutes then I'll be ok and it does take care of the hair, it just wipes right off. It's the gentlest product I've found so far. I used to wax but my skin is so sensitive and it caused painful ingrown hairs and was too much work to do at home. Perhaps I'll try it done by a professional sometime.

Borrow someone's 'gentle' depilatory, and touch a Qtip in it, and put a tiny dot on your neck.
Wait a day, and check for reaction.
If no, use according to directions, and use a timer!
Wipe off thoroughly [ with tissue ], and then wash face thoroughly.
Use your toner or some aloe gel [ pure ]; don't apply any moisturizer for about 20 minutes.
