I was 238, now 205, looking to be like 140-160.

i was on the same boat as you were, i was 220 and now im about 170 ( still have a ways to go). i noticed my whole life do a 360. People will look at you with an inviting look as a appose to a disgusted look. Instead of people giving you the quick stare then turning there heads as soon as you feel their eyes on you, they actually keep looking to make sure you know that they are interested in the way you look and they like it!! People are still the same as the way they treat you except i got sooo much more attention from men. They started to notice me for me not for my weight. Its almost like you are in a whole new world. Every thing is brighter in your eyes. I also noticed my energy increase about 50% more than before as well. I have to say though... i still feel like where i am is not good enough. so if you get to the weight you want to be and you still feel the same as before as far as the way you feel about yourself, just keep working til you reach a wieght that is desirable to yourself.

Ha.. I've been putting on n off my weight.. I've notice when I'm thiner, I'm more confident.. In everything.. Fit in more nicer sexier clothing.. N of course more ppl will looking at u n treat u better..

I lost 50 pounds and the only thing that changed were my clothes. No one noticed...seriously.

ive become a lot more confident in myself. it feels so good to be able to go out and wear that itsy bitsy bikini. im not just that heavy girl anymore. Now im that pretty girl over there. it feels great!
