i practice for 4 hours a day 4 days a week, and afterwards, i don't feel that tierd or anything, but the next day i sometimes get soar, how do i stop that?

you have to stretch before working out to prevent injuries and after working out to prevent soreness.

HMB and about 1000IU of vitamin E. You also might want to consider putting a little more protein in your diet and get at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Make sure you have a solid nutrition plan that supports the kind of training you do.

one word, stretch!!!! The next day, just take a good ten minutes to stretch out those super sore muscles. Trust me, it really helps!!! Now, not all the pain is going to go away, but at least you won't be in total pain. You also should really stretch before you practice to help lossen your muscles.

you have to streght before & after workingout so you won't get sore
